Shipping policy

We at Artist Ukht offer free shipping in India for all orders above Rs.1499/- . For orders below Rs.1499/-, the shipping charges are as per mentioned.

All orders usually get shipped within 4-5 working days. So you can expect a delivery between 10-12 days. This is subject to change in unfortunate circumstances and orders & shipping may be delayed.

You will get a tracking link in your inbox as soon as your order is shipped. Please allow 24hrs for the status of the shipment to correctly display at the tracking link.

In the event that the delivery address is not easily accessible, delivery time may be in excess of our estimate as aforesaid. For confirmation of delivery address, we may contact you on your email id or phone number provided by you.

We only make use of reliable courier companies. Artist Ukht is not liable for any delays in delivery by the Courier Company or on account of any factors beyond the control of Artistukht. We shall endeavor to ensure timely delivery of your order within the estimated time as mentioned in the order confirmation.

In the unlikely event that delivery is not possible for any reasons outside the control of Artist Ukht, including but not limited to poor courier services in delivery area, inaccessibility of delivery area, force major events as laid out hereinafter, We shall inform you of such inability to deliver and cancel your order, followed by full refund.

In cases of an unsuccessful delivery followed by an RTO initiation, after 3 attempts at contacting the customer the following process will be followed:

1. If you'd like us to ship the order again, we may levy a repeat shipping charge.

2. If you'd like to cancel the order, we will initiate a refund minus the shipping costs once we receive the product in it's original condition.

International Shipping

For International orders, charges start at INR 2999/- and are calculated based on the weight of the package and destination.

In case of an issue in delivery due to unexpected shipping delays like weather, natural disasters or respective state guidelines it will be best to contact the respective courier partner as Rum & Raisin Studio will not be responsible for these delays.

Custom duties, fees or additional charges that may be charged once the product reaches the destination country will be borne by the customer. Artist Ukht will not be responsible for those charges and they will vary depending on the product and destination. For further clarification, we advise you to contact your local custom office to know the custom duties for products for your country.

If the package is returned to us in good condition, due to the customer being unreachable, or any other reasons that are out of our control, we will refund the total cart value to the customer. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

POD Disputes - India (Proof of Delivery)

If you have not received an order that shows delivered on the date of delivery, you can inform us of the error within 72 hours of delivery. Beyond that we are unable to raise a dispute with our shipping partners and hence will not be able to take your query forward.

Return / Refund / Replacement :

Returns/replacements/refunds are only provided if you have received a damaged product :

Drop us a mail at Artistukht@gmail.com with clear images and videos of the damaged product within 72 hours of receiving the order in its complete original packaging. After 72 hours we cannot raise a claim with the shipping company and therefore will not be able to process your issue.
Ensure there are images from multiple angles and atleast 1 clear video - without these we won't be able to process your request.
We will check and get back to you with whether we can replace the product (based on availability) or refund your money. Please allow 24-48hrs for us to get back to you.
Refunds & replacements are handled on a case to case basis, and you may receive store credit for certain products instead of a refund.
Store credit provided can be used at your convenience, on any future purchases.
Store credits/refunds/replacements will not be provided if images of items do not reflect complete original packaging and/or if the returned item arrives incomplete or damaged.

Discount Codes:

Different discount codes apply to different collection categories and may have minimum purchase requirements. Please get in touch with us if you are having trouble with a particular code and we will help you out.

Cancellation :

Please mail us at Artistukhtshop@gmail.com for cancellation request if your order has not been shipped yet.
Cancellation is only done in the form of store credit.
Orders can be cancelled only if it has not been packed and sealed for pick up. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once the shipment is out of our store for delivery.
No cancellation applicable for customised products once the order is placed.
Once shipped, we will not consider cancellation requests.
If a cancellation request comes up before the product is sealed in our order-processing centre, we will try to hold the shipment but there is no guarantee that the cancellation request will be honoured.

Currency Transactions:

All transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).

Processing Orders:

Our business hours are 12:30am to 7:30pm Indian Standard Time (IST) Monday to Friday. Orders are processed within 3-5 days. If you need to contact us outside our business hours please email us at Artistukht@gmail.com , we will respond as soon as possible.
